D Tissiman - Secrets Capri, Mexico November 07

Just a few comments as requested regarding our recent trip with yourselves. I found your Company browsing the net, for holidays, e mailed my requirements and a time I could be contacted, Gary rang at the exact time I had requested and was very professional, within an hour I was fully booked at the above hotel.

The hotel was typical hacienda, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, the transfers to and from the airport were on time and comfortable. Worth mentioning, that we flew with First Choice from Gatwick and stayed at the Sofitel on north terminal with parking for a 6.15am book in. We got to the desk at 6.20am only to be told that there were only 50 places left as they had been booking people in since 3.00am. Something We were not aware of like everyone else we followed the times as stated on the tickets. Unfortunately we were unable to sit together for a 10hour flight we were disappointed, I also was given the seat next to the toilets and not told until I found my seat! Yes people could say we could have booked seats in advance, we have never done this and not had problems before, we felt we had allowed plenty of time. Anyway, put that one down to experience.

The hotel was clean and the food was good, breakfast became a little boring come the end of the week, as it was buffet. The restaurants: Thai - extremely small portions, we had to order an extra main course- Italian Excellant ate there twice Ocean Gourmet - again very good but the service here and at the grill underneath were unbelievably slow. Pool food very good and were able to order and have it on the beach. Rooms were very spacious we upgraded to an oceanview room when we arrived, worth it as the standard deluxe tropical, had no sun mornng or afternoon. Had to constantly ask for coffee for the machine/minibar to be stocked which should have been done daily, this was an all inclusive hotel only. Still didnt have an iron replaced by the end of the stay. We may just have had a lazy mare on our floor cleaning the rooms but for 5 stars the cleaning was sloppy, coffee machine not emptied or cleaned, bath not wiped out, shower not cleaned. We did let reception know but nothing was done they just apologised.

We scuba dive and dinghy sail, the darts on the beach were shot to pieces, sails were torn and for 2 days were out of use to be repaired. Booked diving at the hotel guy in charge was very helpful, had good dives with aquaworld, be prepared though they disclaim everything from the dive to the lunch you really need to know what your doing. November is their low season so expect a mixed bunch of weather.

The hotel had a large influx of Americans- who was it that said the germans nab all the sunbeds! These guys were out at 5.00am! Some Hotels of 5 stars and above that we have stayed in do not allow this, something that travel agents might want to mention to this hotel. Beds were taken even if people went on trips, just to ensure they were there if they wanted them later. I was one happy bunny the day it poured, and flip flops, shoes and books got soaked!

S Hunt - Bolifushi, Maldives October 07

You asked me to give some feedback on Bolifushi. We had a fabulous time. The island is lovely, it's good value for money and service was fantastic. It was a very small island without that much to do so people could potentially get board if they are activity fanatics. We didn't use the dive centre in the end as we did 17 dives in the first week and it felt very expensive in comparison to the liveaboard we'd been on. Having said that the house reef was good with some excellent snorkelling opportunities - we even saw Manatas whilst out on a snorkel and it would be good for a shore dive.

The spa was excellent, the food was good and varied and the cocktails were great. No drinks were included in our package which was full board though. I'd highly recommend it (and the liveaboard - we went on Baani Adventurer and the service was great). Thanks for you help in booking the resort. Sue

L Cross - Majestic Colonial, Dominican Republic September 07

I am sending a few comments as requested re the above holiday booked for us by yourselves. First of all lots of thanks to Kate who handled everything before we went in a very professional and helpful manner. The hotel itself is a very good place to unwind and relax in a very quiet location. The pool is exceptional as are the rooms easily the best we have stayed in whilst on holiday to Cancun Playacar etc,. The food was we would say not bad but not the best we have had it has to cater for the masses as do all inclusives hotels but seemed to lack a certain sparkle found at other hotels. They try their best and the service in the hotel is exceptional (especially in the buffet).

All in all for our taste 14 nights was a little too long due to the lack of things to do but each to their own would recommend to people if asked - nb the mini market needs a second mortgage if any supplies run low ie 47$ for a deodrant , 8$ for crisps (that isnt fair !!) the location means there is nowhere else to buy!! One other problem we found all the main areas got very hot ie the lobbys theatre and the outside Steakhouse/seafood restaraunts. This is obviously a problem throughout the Caribbean but seemed an issue here more than most together with all the bars closing at 12pm forcing people into a head thumping disco (not ideal if people like to talk about the holiday etc.,) Surely one bar could be left open maybe till 2am not everyone is into head banging Spanish music?

Once again great service great staff you have thanks for your help etc, Take Care, L Cross

Tara Fitzpatrick - Majestic Colonial, Dominican Republic September 07

I am just writing to say how pleased I was with the service from Jetset 2. We booked our honeymoon to the Dominican Republic (staying at the Majestic Colonial 11th-25th Sept 07) with your travel agency.

I was dealing with a lovely guy called Brett who was so professional and helpful, everything he said he would do was done, I thought he was extremely efficient and friendly.

We arrived back last week (Wednesday) from our holidays, I have already posted a review on the Tripadvisor website, giving the hotel 5 out of 5, we were very impressed.

Once again, we would like to thank you for all your help and please pass on our comments to Brett, all to often nowadays people are quick to criticize customer service, it's nice to recognise good service when it is received.

Thank you, Yours sincerely, Tara Fitzpatrick

Ruth Pearshouse - Azul Beach Hotel, Mexico, September 07

Firstly I would like to thank Kate at your offices for her professionalism and efficiency in dealing with our holiday request. We stayed at Azul hotel in Mexico. This is our third trip to Mexico, we think it is always good value for money with excellent service. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful holiday then the Azul is the place for you. The rooms not as luxurious as the other two places we have stayed but the service and food excellent. The hotel prides itself on good, individual customer service and as it is small and they were only 40% occupied thats what we got. If the hotel was full I doubt the same levels would be there. This hotel accepts children but would not be suitable for children over the age of 8. There is limited entertainment for kids but for toddlers it would be ideal as the beach is safe and the pool for kids is much larger than usual. The hotel again provides lots of things for babies and toddlers, food, pushchairs etc. There were only two children at the hotel both toddlers, we only saw them on the beach, never in the evening.

All in all we had a fab holiday. The weather was good and so was the hotel. Our only concern was the return journey to the airport on our departure day yumbo tours had not contacted us with a pick up time and we were unsure if they would arrive but the receptionist at the hotel contacted them for us the day previous and managed to get a pick up time. I have already recommended your services to the British people at the hotel as I found it to be first class. Many thanks and I will always use you in future.

Margaret and Wilf Smith, Leigh on Sea - Sun Palace, Cancun, September 07

Just back from two weeks of absolute bliss at the Sun Palace in Cancun and feel the need to say a big, big “thank you” to all of you at “Jetset” who helped to pull it all together. Although we tend to make it a rule never to return to the same resort, let alone the same accommodation, Sun Palace has changed all of that, and we’ll definitely be going back!!

A smallish hotel by Cancun standards – just over 200 rooms – it was absolutely ideal for our need to recharge some ageing batteries. Room immaculate and lavish complete with huge wet room, the usual “facilities”, the his and hers vanity area, the gowns and slippers, PLUS the double Jacuzzi, the massive bed and plasma TV hanging opposite, the dining area to enjoy the All Inclusive room service and a balcony with a view to die for over a turquoise Caribbean Sea (and this was the STANDARD room!).

Bars and restaurants very high standard, Infinity pools immaculate, and a well tended stretch of beach which, thanks to the hotel’s efforts following Hurricane Dean, is one of the few bits of sand on Cancun Island that you can actually lay out on.

The whole thing set in a quiet-ish location at the end of the Hotel Zone, but only minutes and a one dollar bus ride from all the public restaurants, malls and clubs you can shake a stick at – although we were All Inc, we chose to eat out more than once and I can thoroughly recommend Mr Papa’s at La Isla for great Tex Mex, and Chocolate City which is basically TGI Fridays meets Cadbury World, and then some…..!

My only negative – the hotel staff are sometimes simply TOO attentive! Maybe the Americans who make up the vast majority of the clientele expect it, but we found it difficult until we got used to such a superb standard of service, to accept that someone would be at our table every two minutes, asking if we were SURE that they couldn’t do anything else for us – another bottle of wine, more coffee etc etc. Still – a small price to pay for Heaven-on-Sea.

Best regards, Wilf and Margaret Smith

Jeanette & Paul Farrugia - Sunscape the Beach, Dominican Republic August 07

Thank you for your letter, yes we had a really enjoyable holiday at Sunscape the Beach Punta Cana. This was actually our 3rd year at the resort and although we enjoyed it, a few things had changed not entirely to our liking but, we still had a great time. The service provided by Jetset was great, we had a couple of tiny problems with the VIP rep Jonathan (who knew us from our previous holidays) but nothing to spoil our holiday.

Anyway, Thanks again and hopefully we will be in touch for next years vacation a new destination maybe.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Lynda Milne - Excellence Punta Cana, Dominican Republic August 07

Just a quick note really to say a huge thank you to Brett for the best holiday ever!!!! The Excellence was just simply fantastic. Whilst I was there I told everyone about him and your company and how I was apprehensive not using the usual holiday companies but everthing went great only one thing the guy on the minibus coming back told us our exit fees were included and when we checked in they told us they werent, but really that didnt bother us but just to let VIP services know not to tell people. I wasnt sure how to post this on your customer comments section but I would highly recommend people to go to this resort as we need more Brits to go as there are too many Americans.

Thank you Brett for all your help. We will be booking for next year with you. Kindest regards Lynda

Lee Barker - IFA Villas, Dominican Republic July 07

Thank you for helping us choose our holiday, we had a fantastic time in the ifa villas.

the food was great, the staff were great, the beach was fantastic. I would rate this hotel as a 4* without a shadow of a doubt.

The only down side to this hotel at present is building work, they are bringing the hotel up to the standards of the villas we stayed in as the hotel is split into 3. We stayed in the villas & would recommend them to anybody.

If people going away like to meet a lot of English people then the IFA Villas is not for you. It made our holiday a lot better not in a nasty way but it was better to meet people from different countries. The pool was being renovated on our side when we stayed, but all work going on never brought disruption to our holiday. There were about 3 blocks on the hotel side also being renovated, you will just need to mention this if anybody is going to the IFA villas as this may put of a lot of people off.

The resort itself gets a bit repetitive but hey that's the Caribbean for you!!. Thank you again and look forward to booking our holiday with you guys soon. A++++++

Karen Blackburn - Sunscape the Beach, Dominican Republic July 07

Just to let you know we had a fabulous time in the Dominican Republic at the Sunscape resort Punta Cana. It was everything that Brett said it would be and was near on perfect for our family. Travelling with a 2 year old is never easy but the Thomson flight was excellent and the service was impeccable.

The resort itself was amazing (our first time all inclusive) and we could not have been happier. The food was delicious and the people could not do enough for you, I asked for a family friendly place and thats what I got, with no hidden surprises waiting for me - so thank you Brett for all your help.

I can certainly say that I would book with confidence future holidays with your company without hesitation.

Many thanks again for a holiday we will not forget.

Diane Brown - Sunscape the Beach, Domincan Republic May 07

I booked a holiday through yourselves going to Sunscape the Beach in Dominican, departing on 21 May, for me and my two sons, aged 8.

Your service was excellent, thank you, absolutely no complaints and would definitely use you again. Is it just the Caribbean you do?

The holiday was fantastic and the boys declared that it was better than Butlins! The hotel, its grounds, especially the pool, and the beach were stunning. Never again will we visit a resort with a pool like it, fantastic for children. Likewise, the kids club was brilliant - they enjoyed going in there and they enjoyed the films on the beach in the evening. Unfortunately when we were there the weather was too bad on both nights when the camp out was to take place, so they missed out on that. The hotel and its grounds were kept very clean. The staff were great and really friendly.

There are only two complaints. Apart from the Michael Jackson show the rest of the entertainment in the evening is absolutely pants. It rolls round on a weekly basis, so you get to see everything twice - torture in some cases! I guess it is aimed at the American market, what they find funny, just isn't. The other bad point was that there were an awful lot of Americans, especially down by the swim up bar, who were absolutely comatose by the afternoon - these are mature people who make the British young lads look like saints. They also find it acceptable to smoke cigars in the swimming pool - NOT.

But that aside it was an absolutely brilliant holiday. I would recommend it very highly. If there weren't so many other places to see I would go back.

Also, the holiday rep, Sharon, was brilliant and was always willing to help. Thanks for helping me with this booking.

Geoff and Lyn Dixon - Excellence Riviera, Cancun, Mexico May 07

What a holiday ! ! Having been to the Caribbean six times, staying in 4/5 star resorts this place was by far the best - it lived up to its name. From start to finish there was nothing to even consider complaining about. The resort was fantastic, the staff were amazing and the people we met completed our holiday with 100% satisfaction ! !

Our only problem is where will we go next year to compare with Excellence Cancun!

Thanks to Jetset2 for the fantastic service, looking forward to your advice on next years holiday.

Jenny Corfield - Excellence Riviera, Cancun, Mexico May 07

This is an email to provide you with our comments to our recent holiday to the Excellence Riviera, Cancun. We flew with first choice and stayed at the hotel for 10 nights as part of a package with Jetset 2.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, the hotel was absolutely amazing. Everything was sp clean and the friendly staff could not do nough for us. The facilities are 10/10, especially the spa and the restaurants. The evening shows are very enjoyable and daytime activities are very fun. There is always something to do. The rooms were lovely, especially the jacuzzi! The 24 hour room service was also a bonus. I would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone I speak to!

The first choice flight was also a good experience. The seats were very spacious and the entertainment was good. The flight staff were also very polite. Thanks very much for an enjoyable holiday. Regards Jennifer Corfield and Jamie Geoghegan.

Gill Cochrane - Kurumba, Maldives May 07

In response to your letter, I have the following comments to make:-

  1. Kurumba is a well run holiday resort. The staff are polite and the management team are high profile to ensure high standards.
  2. The rooms are well equipped and well maintained.
  3. The food is excellent and the dine around option offers very good value for money.
  4. The general manager at the resort has put in place a number of measures to ensure that the island is eco-friendly. The recycling of waste is obviously a problem for the Maldives but on Kurumba they have made a remarkable effort to minimise the problem.
  5. Some of the rooms on the island have restricted views of the sea and some rooms have a less scenic outlook. However, the ocean front rooms on the north side have a more scenic view.
  6. The sea wall surrounding the island might not please everyone but we enjoyed swimming in the quiet lagoon that it created. Gaps in the wall allowed fish to enter and we had the priviledge of swimming with manta rays within the lagoon.
  7. Although the island is close to Male this was not a problem. Aircraft noise was minimal and the short speed boat transfer was a bonus.
  8. Having read the trip advisor reviews we were aprehensive but our fears were unfounded and we had a wonderful holiday.
  9. We have been fortunate to have stayed in a number of deluxe hotels around the world, and although Karumba is not the most opulent it provides excellent value for money.
  10. We would thoroughly recommend Karumba to people of all ages, although the facilities for children are quite limited.
  11. We would also recommend that people travel on direct charter flights rather than scheduled airlines which have a stop en route and make the journey uncomfortably long.
  12. Thank you to Brett for sorting out the travel arrangements so patiently and to Kuoni for ensuring that everything went so smoothly.

Hope my comments have been useful. With best wishes, Gill Cochrane

My wife and I can't thank you enough for your advice and quality customer service,we booked our car parking at Manchester and hotel, flights, transfers at resort and hotel through Brett,we love foriegn trips this one will go down as one of our very best.

We spoke to fellow Brits while at the resort they all were very pleased with your service and would not hesitate to use you again and recommend your company to friends. We spoke with one couple who used a well known High Street travel agent and paid £1400 more than ourselves for like for like holiday.I thought robbery was a jailable offence! Will call you in March for our next trip. Seasons greetings to all at Jetset2.

Trevor Collings from Chorley - Excellence Riviera, Cancun , Mexico Nov 06

I came across Jetset2 on the Internet and I had reservations on proceeding further on booking a holiday on the Internet until I had checked out that the Company was fully bonded and my holiday would be protected if the Company went into liquidation. I telephoned and talked to Brett and he was understanding to my concerns and initially gave me the information I required so that I could book in confidence if I wished to proceed with the reservation.

I did my checks, spoke to Brett and booked Excellence Riviera Cancun. We have just got back from our 5* holiday and the hotel and travel arrangements were first class. From our experience I would have no hesitation in recommending Jetset2 for your holiday. Many thanks Brett for your understanding and assistance we had a great time. Kind regards Trev & Chris Collings.

Mr Dean from Lincolnshire - Holiday Island , Maldives Sept/Oct 06

We had a wonderful holiday in the maldives thank you. Holiday island was paradise, hotel and staff were wonderful. The staff could not do enough for us. The only blot on the holiday was that two days before returning to the UK I slipped in the shower and broke my wrist. There were no shower mats and the floor was very slippery. I was taken by sea plane to male to have surgery before I could travel home.On return to the uk I had to go into hospital again as the wrist had not been set properly. We would certainly go to maldives again.

Genevieve, - Bandos, Maldives July 06

Just returned from a wonderful trip to the Maldives with our four year old daughter. As seasoned travellers to the Maldives, we never expected to take our little one with us until she was much older. However, with the help of Tracy at Jetset2, we managed to find a very child orientated resort, which is comparable to the Caribbean in terms of the facilities, as well as direct flights with First Choice at very reasonable rates.

It was truely a fantastic experience for us as a family - our little girl was astounded at the colourful fish and white sands. Apparently "Maldives is supercool", especially thanks to the support of representatives of Jetset2, First Choice & Bandos, whom all ensured the trip went without a hitch.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Robin White from Bedfordshire - Kuredu, Maldives June 06

We have just returned from a honeymoon in Paradise. Many thanks to Brett for pulling together virtually everything I asked for. The location was idyllic, the people were among the most polite, friendly and helpful I have ever come across. My only problem now is saving up to return!!!!

We booked an upgraded accommodation package to a Sangu Jacuzzi beach villa. Absolutely sensational. If you want something a little special for your honeymoon, this is the one to go for. Beats the Water villas hands down in terms of privacy! The diving centre there, Prodivers, is a truely outstanding facility with excellent staff. The golf has to be tried to be believed, the watersports are fabulous, and the highlight of the week, crab racing, is an experience not to be missed. I fail to see how anyone can go here and not be impressed.

A word of advice for anyone trying to upgrade flights with Monarch. Brett tried to upgrade our outbound flights without success. He tried to secure bulkhead seats with more legroom, and was told the only way was for us to turn up on the day and book in first. We arrived at 08.45 to book in for a flight departing at 7pm, and were told all extra legroom seats had already been reserved. Apparently, you can ring Monarch direct up to 90 days before the flight to reserve these seats. Not sure why Brett was unable to find this out, but I would suggest a phone call to Monarch direct if you are having problems.

I will certainly be using Jetset again in the future. Thanks Brett for an experience that will last a lifetime.

Craig Thomson from Essex - Rendezvous/The Plantation St Lucia Feb 06

Helen Maza from Bedfordshire - Bahia Principe Coba Premier Cancun Jan 06

I just wanted to thank Brett for your tireless work in getting our holiday booked. My husband certainly wanted to cover all the bases before we went and the service we received from Jetset was patient and extremely friendly. We will, and do, readily recommend Jetset to anyone we hear is looking to book a holiday.

The holiday we booked was one of the "specials" which I came across while browsing the internet. The holiday we went on certainly was special! We were amazed to find out when we arrived that we had even been given a free upgrade into the Premier section - things like that never happen to us! The hotel was spotlessly clean and spacious. The food was amazing everywhere we went and as the resort is spread over 3 hotels and you are free to roam to any restaurant or bar within that, there is no chance to be bored even over the stretch of a fortnight.

Sunbeds were freely available and the pools were never busy. There were different pools to suit all tastes quiet, games, adult only... Likewise on the beach although it was best to get there early to take your pick of the beds it wasn't too much of a problem. We took a 3-year old with us and there is a shallow sheltered area they have created in the water which was perfectly safe and a great place for beginners to snorkel around.

We left the resort a few times and found the local minibuses which ferry people around - "Collectivos" - to be great value for money and very frequent and stopped outside the hotel and at all the main tourist attractions in the area.

All in all, we had a fantastically relaxing time and would readily go back to the same resort.

Andrea Ryan from Dublin - Blue Bay Getaway Cancun Jan 06

I just wanted to say that we had a wonderful holiday at the Blue Bay Getaway in Cancun. We really enjoyed it and everyone was so friendly. Thanks to Brett and Tracy for being so helpful when booking. Nothing was a problem for them. will recommend you on to friends and hope to be in touch later on in the year !! Thanks once again

Fiona Smith from Hampshire - Occidental Jack Tar Dominican Republic Oct 05

Tracy - Hi we've just returned from Dominican Republic and had a great time - thanks for organising everything.

Occidental Jack Tar - The hotel was lovely. Rooms were spacious with walk in wardrobes, separate wash room and then a bathroom. The food was lovely - although we didn't really like the Italian restaurant - which is one of the Al La Carte choices - but then I just suppose that's a personal preference. Always plenty of choice on food and of course, plenty to drink. Entertainment in the evening was sometimes a bit strange - but again, it's individual preference. 1 hour show put on by dancers, included Cats, Hunchback of Notredame and lots of dance shows!!!.

Casino was a fun experience and so was the nightclub. Both worth spending an evening in. But don't take too much dosh - we lost all ours in the fruit machines!!! (yikes).

The only thing was that the sea on the beach outside the hotel was rough(ish) - but walk along the beach (to the right) the sea that was a lot calmer. Though we could still go swimming from our beach. Plenty of trips available too. but book with an outside company - the ones in hotel are normally double price you can get them for outside. Just walk down to Playa Dorada Plaza - about 10 mins from hotel (turn left outside main gates).

The only thing that we didn't like were the Mosquito's. Lots of biting little devils - but if you use lots of mossie spray - morning and evening you shouldn't get bitten TOO much!.

Hotel was VERY clean, people always cleaning up and all staff were VERY friendly - couldn't do enough for you.

Sheron Robinson from Essex - Dominincan Republic Aug 05

I thought I'd drop you a line to let you know that we have returned from the Dominican Republic. As you know it started off a bit sticky due to me losing my travel documentation (2 days prior to departure). I would just like to thank you for your kind and prompt assistance in helping me get back on track. You demonstrated first class customer care and it was much appreciated.

My family and I had a really good time. The weather was excellent and the service in the hotel was second to none. As I explained to you at the time of booking my son Ben is wheelchair bound. The colleagues in the Hotel (particularly Pablo on reception; and the waiting staff in the main buffet treated Ben like royalty he wanted for nothing, during our two week stay. Once again many many thanks for selecting the holiday for us in the first place, undertaking the research to ensure the hotel was suitable for Ben in terms of wheelchair access. Also for the trouble you went to, to make sure we had complete assistance when we arrived at the airport. We are all so eternally grateful. There is no doubt in my mind about using Jetset Global Travel in the future.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Jane Ship from Surrey - Evason Hua Hin Thailand Feb 05

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for organising my holiday to Thailand. My family and I booked our holiday with you back in September. We were travelling to The Rayavadee situated in Krabi, Thailand. My family and I were travelling with you, as my partner and I were planning to get married on 14th February.

Unfortunately on Boxing Day I was devastated to hear of the Tsunami that hit the Andaman Sea. I tried to contact our hotel based in Krabi and found that the hotel had been one of the hotels 'hit' by the Tsunami and was now destroyed. Due to the disaster happening over the christmas period, it was a few days before I was able to contact JetSet Travel. Although my family was insured, due to the Tsunami, we were not covered as it was a 'natural disaster'.

We had invested nearly £20,000 for the perfect wedding and it was all going so wrong and it looked like we had not only lost our money, but we would be unlikely to get married in the near future, because of lack of funds! I phoned Jetset and spoke to Brett. Brett was so kind and told me that he was already 'on the case' and was trying to sort everything out for me. I felt that JetSet really cared and the relief was immense.

Brett reassured me that he was doing everything in his power to sort things out and contacted me on a daily basis. Within a short time, Brett had given me a selection of 5 star hotels available and helped me find a suitable location where we could rearrange our wedding. Eventually he found the Evason in Hua Hin, this hotel proved not only fabulous with a wonderful wedding package attached but he even managed to refund us some money.

My 'now' husband and I were able to get married on the date we originally planned and stayed at the most amazing hotel. I cannot praise this company enough. In fact I have just arranged another package for my family. We are now celebrating my Mothers 70th Birthday............he managed to undercut every other company by hundreds of pounds. Thankyou JetSet, you have been amazing!
